2. Data we process

• Account: email, password (encrypted), language, approximate country.
• Subscription and payments: subscription status, billing country and amounts. Card details are processed directly by Stripe or PayPal; they never reach our servers.
• Consents: acceptance of the terms, confirmation of legal age and waiver of the right of withdrawal, with date and IP address.
• Browsing: technical cookies and, only if you accept them, analytics and advertising cookies.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• To provide the service and manage your account (performance of a contract).
• To charge for the subscription and meet tax obligations (legal obligation).
• To send you service emails, such as verification or the Premium daily summary (contract; you can turn this off in My account).
• Analytics and advertising (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

4. Recipients

Providers necessary for the service: hosting (Hostinger), CDN (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe, PayPal), transactional email and, with your consent, Google (Analytics/AdSense). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

5. Retention

For as long as you have an account. If you delete it, we anonymise your personal data; payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: write to us at [email protected]. You can delete your account from My account. You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
