1. Purpose

PronosLab provides sports (football) analysis content for information purposes, with estimated probabilities. It is not a betting service or a financial advisory service. Predictions are estimates and do not guarantee results.

2. Accounts

You must be over 18 to sign up. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

3. Free plan

Registered users can view a limited number of full predictions per day free of charge, selected by PronosLab.

4. Premium subscription

• Price: €3.49 per month, VAT included.
• Automatic monthly renewal by card (processed by Stripe) or PayPal until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from My account, with no minimum term. You keep access until the end of the period already paid.
• If a payment fails, we will try to collect it again over a few days; if that is not possible, the account reverts to the free plan.

5. Right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. When you subscribe to Premium you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and accept that, once the service has begun, you lose that right, as permitted by law. 6. Acceptable use

Reselling, mass copying or redistributing Premium content is not permitted.

7. Liability

The content is provided for information purposes. PronosLab is not responsible for any decisions you make based on it.

8. Governing law

The consumer protection laws of your EU country of residence apply where they are more favourable to you.
